My Experience with Molluscum Contagiosum, by Claire

My son was diagnosed with Molluscum in June 2016 (age 6) at which time he had around 8 spots on the front of his neck. The doctor told us there was nothing to treat them and they should go within 18 months.

Around 6 months later they began to spread to his left armpit and he also developed very red, dry itchy skin around the spots on his neck.

He was inadvertently scratching the ones on his neck in his sleep and making them bleed leaving him very self-conscious and leading to several hurtful comments by his classmates.

After much research, in March 2017 I came across MolluDab on the internet. I spoke to our GP who had never heard of it, but after some research himself, was happy to prescribe it. I followed the instructions and used MolluDab until the spots turned red. Now 4 weeks later, my son is spot free.

He has a couple of little scars left but they are nothing compared to the original horrid spots and will hopefully fade in time.

I would recommend MolluDab to anyone whose child is suffering with Molluscum Contagiosum.
